The GIRLING assembly is not compatible with a Bendix wheel brake / cylinder plate. You have to check the assembly.
Simple principle, behind the brake plate, you will find the small plate which retains the fixing spring of the brake shoes. If it’s a round, it’s a Girling montage.

This kit of 4 brake shoes for Renault R4 4L sedan or van F4 or F6 with GIRLING assembly will be perfect to replace your old parts.

The GIRLING assembly is not compatible with a Bendix wheel brake / cylinder plate. It is necessary to check its assembly.

Simple principle, behind the brake plate, you will find the small plate which retains the fixing spring of the jaws. If it’s a round, it’s a Girling montage.
