Mirror for Renault Estafette, second model. CIPA.

Description

This rearview mirror for Renault Estafette is strictly identical to the original one.

However, it is sold without the arm, and with a different mounting bracket. Indeed, the ball contains a claw which allows to fix it on the arm.

If you’re handyman, the best tip for maintaining a perfectly original look will be:
1 – Remove the seal around the mirror so that you can remove the ice,
2 – Remove the ball attached to the mirror by blowing the rivet,
3 – Remove the original arm from the door support,
4 – Put the original arm in the metal part of the mirror
5 – Reassemble the fixing system of the ball with a rivet or a screw,
6 – Put back the ice and the seal.
